CARING AND AFFORDABLE HOMECARE SERVICES FOR COUNTY RESIDENTS

Do you or someone you know need help in the home with a safe shower or with medication management?  Call the Public Health Department for affordable home care services.  The Ozaukee County Public Health Department is a state licensed homecare agency whose goal is to promote healthy living and assist clients in maintaining optimal independence while remaining safe in their home.  We care for those who either have short-term or long-term health care needs.  Our agency works closely with other community and county agencies to provide complete in-house services.

The Public Health Department’s homecare program provides caring affordable services that assist county residents in their homes.  We bill private insurance or individuals on a private pay basis for services that include nursing care, medication set-up, personal care (bath, shower) and meal set-up.  If you are Medicaid eligible and need assistance with personal care, we can still bill Medicaid for those services.  For those clients who are income eligible, we have a sliding scale fee structure that will reduce our charges for the above services.
